Industry Disruptor

Rebranding a player in the fresh food for dogs space was a welcome challenge. New brand positioning, new visual identity, new brand values, all contributing to 40% YoY revenue growth = relaunch success. I lead the Brand and Creative Services team in an ongoing exercise to break away from the competition.

Some Highlights….

  • Provide strategic brand and creative leadership, develop ongoing multi-faceted channel marketing strategy and creative deliverables with a focus on driving engagement and generating conversions.

  • Built in house Brand and Creative Services team, managing a team of ten plus a multitude of agency relationships to help achieve our marketing objectives and bring our storytelling vision to life.

  • Lead all photo and video production projects, including identifying resources, briefing, art direction while keeping on time and on budget.

  • Spend far too much time pursuing social channels for the world’s most interesting dogs.

Most Meaningful Lesson:

Learn to pivot with grace. Over and over again. Working for a start-up DTC dedicated to winning in their space requires you to change direction all of the time. I’ve learned to let go, steer the ship quickly in a new direction and jump on board with where the new opportunity may be. Focus on bringing clarity to the chaos and your team will thank you.
